COVID-19 UPDATE
To protect our staff’s health, we have implemented socially distanced home working. This unfortunately means that our processing times are longer than usual – please note that orders placed now will usually have 7-10 weeks lead time. We have temporarily disabled the Rush Order option.
All items are made to order. Shipping time is largely dependent on our production time, and usually takes anywhere between 3 and 8 weeks depending our current workload and the availability of materials. During peak periods shipping times may exceed this; if you need your garment for a specific event, please contact us for current lead times, or consider placing a rush order (see below).
A small selection of stock items is available under the category READY TO SHIP.
We are very happy to offer our advice on colour selections, colour combinations, garment combinations, sizes and measurements or anything else about our store. Please get in touch.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 4-8 working days. The rush order fee is 20%.
For rush orders, please contact us directly and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a custom design – we are very happy to help make your unique vision a reality! We also offer alterations to our existing designs to make them extra-special.
Custom orders generally take longer than our offered designs; it can take up to 8 weeks to fulfil them. Please contact us at info@pandoradeluxe.com.
PAYMENT
All prices are marked in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Pandora Deluxe currently accept PayPal as the only payment method, either via your PayPal account or by credit card via the PayPal website even if you don’t have an account.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction. For more information, please visit the PayPal website.
Other forms of payment are available on arrangement, contact us if you would like to discuss these options.
We will start processing your order once cleared payment is received.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PACKAGING
Orders within UK will be posted via Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class (small items under £50) or Next Day Special Delivery.
International orders are posted via FedEx Priority or Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service (Formerly Airsure® and International Signed For™).
Delivery times vary, and can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location and type of postage.
Typical delivery times are:
- UK delivery with Royal Mail Signed For: 1-2 working days
- UK delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 working day
- European Union: 1-2 working days (FedEx) and 3 to 5 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed)
- Elsewhere: 1-2 working days (FedEx) and 2- 7 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed)
Please note that this can vary during busy periods such as Halloween or Christmas – this is unfortunately outside our control.
All orders are discreetly and carefully packaged, and include latex care instructions.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are accepted within 7 days of payment received. Rush orders will only be cancelled at our sole discretion, if work has not started yet. PayPal and Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on made to order items.
If you order the wrong standard size of garment, it may, at our discretion, be exchanged for a different size at no extra cost. This does not apply when you have given us custom measurements. We do not exchange worn items.
Made to measure, custom and rush order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Pandora Deluxe accepts no responsibility for incorrect fitting of garments when custom measurements are supplied by the customer.
