We have been a lot busier than usual over the holidays this year, and bereavement in my immediate family had necessarily diverted my attention away from the business. I want to apologise to anyone who is waiting a bit longer than usual for an order or a response to a message they sent – we will be fully back in business on Monday the 5th of January and expect the backlog to be fully cleared in the next week or two.
